About Me
Daniel Trott is the owner and founder of Eastern Refrigeration Solutions (ERS), which he started in 2020 with a vision of providing reliable, honest refrigeration service to the coastal North Carolina community. Born and raised in Stella, NC, Daniel takes great pride in serving the same area that raised him.Daniel has been married to his wife, Amanda Trott, for 25 years, and together they have two sons, Dylan and Hunter, who both work alongside him in the business, making ERS a true family run operation. Family values, strong work ethic, and integrity are at the core of everything Daniel does.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys playing music, hunting, fishing, and shooting pool with his boys. Above all else, he credits his success and blessings to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, whose guidance plays a central role in his life and business.
With deep local roots and decades of hands-on experience, Daniel is committed to delivering dependable service and building long lasting relationships with customers across Eastern North Carolina.

Dylan Trott
Lead Technician
About Me
Dylan is a Lead Technician with Eastern Refrigeration Solutions and has been working in the refrigeration industry for over eight years. One of Dylan’s standout qualities is his drive to be the best in the industry, always going just a little further than anyone else when it comes to troubleshooting and problem solving. He takes pride in helping customers get their equipment back up and running quickly and correctly. Born and raised in Stella, North Carolina, Dylan brings a strong sense of local pride to the work he does for the community.When he’s not on the job, Dylan enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting or being out on the water on his boat, true to the coastal lifestyle. He’s also the lead singer of the local band White Oak River Revival and enjoys performing and playing guitar whenever he gets the chance. A big dog lover, Dylan can usually be found hanging out with his two labs, Waylon and Dixie. He is engaged and looking forward to getting married this April!

About Me
Hunter is a Lead Technician with Eastern Refrigeration Solutions and brings six years of hands-on experience in the refrigeration industry. Known for having one of the keenest minds when it comes to figuring out problems no one else can solve, Hunter takes pride in tackling complex issues and finding reliable solutions. Born and raised in Stella, North Carolina, he has a strong connection to the local community he serves.
Outside of work, Hunter enjoys hunting and fishing, fixing up vehicles, playing in a local pool league, and spending time on the boat with friends whenever he can. He’s also the lead guitarist for the local band White Oak River Revival. When he’s not working or making music, Hunter values time with family and friends and is excited to be expecting a baby girl with his girlfriend this June!
As Daniel’s second son, Hunter is proud to continue the family tradition of serving the local coastal community.

About Me
Wayne brings six years of experience in the refrigeration industry to Eastern Refrigeration Solutions and serves as our lead installer for walk in cooler installations. After retiring from Camp Lejeune following more than 20 years of dedicated service, Wayne transitioned into working alongside his brother and nephews, continuing his commitment to hard work, reliability, and teamwork. His strong work ethic and leadership come from decades of hands on experience and service.Born and raised in Stella, North Carolina, Wayne values family and takes pride in being part of a close knit, family run business serving the local coastal community. He enjoys learning alongside his nephews and sharing knowledge gained throughout his career.
Outside of work, Wayne enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time with the boys whenever he can. Whether on the water or in the field, he appreciates the connection, shared experiences, and simple pleasures of the coastal lifestyle.

Victoria Rogers
Operations Manager
About Me
Brings 30+ years of accounting and operational experience to Eastern Refrigeration Solutions. She began working with QuickBooks in the early 1990s, developing a strong foundation in financial accuracy and business systems, and entered the refrigeration and HVAC industry in 2001, where she found her niche in job costing and operational efficiency.
Victoria runs the daily operations at ERS, overseeing accounting, payroll, dispatching, customer communication, and internal systems. Her attention to detail ensures jobs are priced correctly, tracked properly, and closed out accurately, all while keeping both technicians and customers supported. Her top priority is simple: well-run jobs and satisfied customers.
Born and raised in Clinton, North Carolina, Victoria credits her strong work ethic to her father, JC Boykin, whom she considers her greatest influence and the source of her 24/7 commitment to ERS.
Family is at the center of Victoria’s life. She is the proud mother of four children, Whitney, Antoine, Camry, and TJ. She is also a grandmother to four grandchildren, Mason, Landen, Lizzie, and Kayden. As well as her much loved grand dog, JC.
Victoria’s work is guided by her faith. She loves Jesus and believes that serving others with honesty, care, and integrity, especially the customers ERS supports, is not just good business, but the right way to live and work every day.
